This slicer has been a real pain to deal with. It keeps freezing, and the settings are way more confusing than they need to be. I’ve wasted so much time just trying to get basic things done. It feels unfair to put out software this rough and expect users to just struggle through it.

I ordered from QIDI Tech and everything did show up, but I was expecting a faster response on the shipping side. It took a few days longer than I thought it would, and while tracking was available, it didn’t update much, so I was kind of left guessing where my package was for a while.
The box arrived in decent condition and nothing was missing, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average, and I think it could feel a lot smoother if the shipping updates were quicker and more consistent.

I ordered from qd3dprinter.com and started having issues quickly. The part wasn’t working the way it should, so I reached out about the warranty, but the responses were slow and didn’t really give me much confidence.

Trying to return it was even more frustrating. Every time I thought I had sent what they needed, they asked me to verify something else or provide another detail. It felt like I was proving the same thing over and over, and the whole process just dragged on.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine was a headache. Between the slow replies, the extra conditions, and the repeated verification, I wouldn’t order from them again

This thing feels like some bargain-bin knockoff. The materials feel cheap, and the parts don’t even line up properly. It’s the kind of sloppy build you notice right away.

I was expecting a bit more for what I paid, actually. The quality just doesn’t really match the price, and I don’t think it was worth it.

Some days this printer works perfectly, and then the very next day it just refuses to print for no obvious reason. I’m tired of constantly messing with settings and troubleshooting it. What makes it more frustrating is that whenever I try to get help, it feels like I’m being dismissed instead of anyone actually taking the issue seriously.

I jumped on the site hoping to grab a few spare parts I needed, and at first I was like, great, they have them! But then a couple turned out to be out of stock, which was frustrating. The site itself is fine, I just wish it was more obvious what’s actually available before you get into ordering.
